The bike test builds a power profile measured against heart rate and lactate production to understand your current level and the key areas of focus as you ride towards your performance objectives.
1 hour Session Includes:
- Smart trainer and testing software
- Pre-ride activations and warm-up protocols
- Coached session with posture and pedal stroke feedback
- Blood Lactate Test with fixed power increments to the i4 test protocol
- Follow up email with testing results and summary
- Training recommendations based on Lactate Report and performance goals
- Please bring a bike, training apparel, snacks, and hydration as required
- Disc wheel bikes will need a skewer and Tacx trainer adapter
