Swim Stroke Correction Clinic (MSAC - 2 Weeks)

The i4 Swim Stroke Correction Clinic is our longest-serving and most popular product, designed to improve your freestyle technique, swim efficiency, and overall speed in the water. We have worked with hundreds of swimmers and successfully transformed their strokes using comprehensive video analysis and practical cues to educate and inspire swimmers of any ability. Each clinic is held over two consecutive weeks at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Albert Park.

The Program Includes:

• 2 x pool admission to Melbourne Sports Centre (MSAC)
• 2 x 2hr coached sessions with personalised feedback
  
• 2 x comprehensive video analysis using underwater filming 
• 2 x follow up emails with video links, overviews, tips, tricks, and sample training sessions

Week 1- Building The Stroke: 

• Introduction to the freestyle fundamentals and stroke phases
• Importance of body position and posture
• Breathing, balance, timing, and alignment
• The kick and how it impacts the stroke

Week 2- Controlling The Stroke: 

• Review of Week 1
• Dryland activations and pre-swim routines
• The relationship between balance and power
• Finding the power zone and your swimming sweet spot
• Open water tactics and race strategy
