Cam is a natural athlete and has always led by example on and off the field. Cam had a distinguished racing career and is a product of Australia’s best coaches and academies, having spent several years training at the AIS as part of Triathlon Australia’s High Performance Program. He has completed a University degree in Exercise Science, which has rounded out his knowledge of the human body and how to train for consistent success. Although renowned for his somewhat questionable taste in daytime television, Cam has genuine character and cares for his athletes. Cam is based in Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches and delivers his training programs via Today's Plan to athletes in Australia and around the world.
